You can get boiling opals by defeating realmwalkers and jumping into dungeons through their portals, then use new items to increase the frequency of certain drops. Another patch already added Diablo 4 boiling opal rewards, but now Blizzard has done it again.

Blizzard has been increasing drop rates across the board since Ship of Hate dropped. In fact, the patch for Forgotten Souls was only recently released, so you’re now guaranteed to find these items in dungeon bosses, lair bosses in the Torment Level, and even Whisperer treasure chests.
