It’s been quite the journey but Dragon Age The Veilguard is finally here. After waiting ten years to catch up with Solas you definitely don’t want to deal with pesky bugs and glitches. The good news is that The Veilguard runs pretty smoothly especially for a big game like this. Even better is that BioWare is rolling out its first patch for the RPG soon. If you’ve been bothered by some annoying companion issues don’t stress because they’re fixing it up. While the new entry in the series is doing well Dragon Age The Veilguard has stirred up mixed reviews. Some gamers aren’t thrilled with the combat and the linear gameplay plus the dialogue choices just don’t have the richness of earlier titles like Origins or Inquisition. It’s not that BioWare’s series hasn’t evolved but it shows that The Veilguard hasn’t pleased everyone.
If you wanted to use Nvidia’s AI tech for better resolution in the game but it was acting up they’re sorting that out too. BioWare mentioned they’ve resolved a problem where DLSS options would be greyed out on a 40-series Nvidia GPU. So if you have one of the best graphics cards and couldn’t use one of its top features that should be changing soon.
Lastly there was a glitch for some characters where their customizations didn’t show up in one of the ending scenes. They’ve fixed that too so if your character looked a bit off at the end that shouldn’t happen anymore after the patch.
